Instructor Aaron Burns is working over the next few weeks to recruit filmmakers to create 7-second videos for Windows 7. Each filmmaker who successfully completes a video gets paid $50 and gets a free copy of the new Windows 7, valued at $220. He/she can also go on to do as many as six additional videos, and get paid $50 per video. Seven videos will eventually be chosen as the best, and will appear in a national TV commercial. (Those seven filmmakers will each earn an additional $700).
The deadline to create a video is Nov. 19, so anyone who's interested should get started right away. He's targeting Colorado Film School students, but this contest is open to the general public. Anyone who's interested can contact him for more details at: Aaron.Burns@ccaurora.edu or 714.624.3402. Click here for flyer.
